1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used compression wear
  • Items with visible signs of use, damage, or odor
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Sizing & Fit Disclaimer (Important)

Our compression wear is designed to fit snugly for performance and physique enhancement.

  • This tight fit is intentional and not a defect
  • We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering
  • If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up

Please note:

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection made during purchase

If we send the wrong size, we will resolve it at no cost to you


4. Returns & Replacements (Customer Support)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue quickly and smoothly


5. Do I Need to Return the Item?

In most cases, returns are not required

We aim to resolve issues quickly by offering a replacement or refund without the hassle of returning the product


6. Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are issued if a replacement is not available or applicable
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us

10. Important Notes

Requests must be made within the specified timeframe after delivery

Orders must be in original condition for eligibility

We are unable to process refunds for issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout (such as wrong size or address)
